Wiggett Construction was formed in 1979 and has its head office at Viking House, 449 Middleton Road, Chadderton, Oldham, Lancashire, OL9 9LB.

The Group carries out building and development work throughout the North West and at times work is also undertaken in Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield etc.).

Within the Group there are two distinct trading subsidiary Companies. Wiggett Construction which carries out contracting work for a variety of public, corporate and private clients. Wiggett Homes which carries out private housing development work.

The Group also has an association with a Jersey based Building and Development Company, Colan Construction Limited.
